Jaime Pauline is a fractional CISO and cybersecurity consultant based in Massachusetts, specializing in regulated industries — pharma and life sciences, public companies, healthtech, and fintech. With more than 20 years in information technology and over a decade in cybersecurity leadership, Jaime has managed security programs at two pharmaceutical companies, remediated FDA and SOX audit findings on the security-control side, and built risk and compliance programs aligned to GxP, SOX, NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, and ISO 27001.
Through GateDragon LLC, Jaime works with mid-market regulated companies to build security programs that survive auditor scrutiny — risk-driven, audit-ready, and board-reportable without the jargon.
Jaime is also the founder of ShieldBrief, an AI-curated threat intelligence platform for CISOs and security teams, and creator of VulnPrioritizer, OneExch, and other security-focused tools. Based in the Boston area.
